In news that will disappoint hypebeasts that come one and all to get a glimpse of Abloh outside an Off-White show, the designer is taking three months off to work from home. Doctor's orders. After years of non-stop travelling, collaborations and being the most hyped designer in the game, Abloh is quite simply, exhausted. Fair enough. But never fear, the show will go on. “My Off-White team is equipped to handle this, and my Louis Vuitton team is expert-level," Abloh told Vogue. "The shows will go on." Speaking about the Off-White SS20 show that will take place in Paris on September 26th, he said: “I designed it with this seeming hurdle in tow. There's an element that replaces my attendance with crowd participation.” We're ready to channel our inner Abloh.
