LOUIS VUITTON: ARTYCAPUCINES CHAPTER 4

It's the most wonderful time of year. For the fourth year in a row, Louis Vuitton has invited six leading contemporary artists to transform the Louis Vuitton Capucines bag from blank canvas to limited-edition artwork. We always knew our Louis Vuitton bags were works of art. This year, the chosen ones who have brought their clever, creative visions to the bag’s iconic design include Amelie Bertrand’s hand sprayed phosphorence; Daniel Buren’s trademark black and white stripes; Ugo Rondinone’s harlequin style handbag; Peter Marino’s studded, jet black design; Park Seo-Bo’s very own Scriptures painting recreated in textured and embellished calfskin; and Kennedy Yanko’s 3D printed leather and metallic sheen. Each bag in the new Artycapucines Collection is available in a limited edition of 200. We know the drill: run, fight, win. See all the designs below.
