Over 180 pieces of Cartier’s High Jewellery have touched down in Sydney. Panthère is on the prowl, diamond flowers are blooming and emeralds are gleaming bright. The collection features five themes: our favourite legend, the Panthère, in abstract interpretations; Cartier Tradition; Incredible Diamond Creations; Flora and Fauna, inspired by nature; and Centre Stones, featuring rubies sapphires and emeralds. Oh, my. Inside the Cartier Tradition theme sits the oldest piece in the collection, the ‘Eglantine’ necklace from the Belle Epoque period, created in 1906. Other icons include the coveted Tutti Frutti bracelet which broke a world record in 2020 for the most expensive jewel sold in an online auction. See below a few of our favourites.
