CARTIER'S CULTURE OF DESIGN POP-UP

The gang's all here. Cartier is celebrating its legendary collections in a new pop-up, The Culture of Design. Inside the former Cartier boutique on Castlereagh Street, the space has been transformed into a Cartier treasure chest, featuring the Tank, Panthère, Trinity, Juste un Clou, Santos de Cartier and Love collections. With an insight into the history behind these collections, the pop-up also features a watch universe, exploring the Tank in all its variations since 1917.
“Cartier is a pioneering house, in constant creative exploration," says Alban du Mesnil, Cartier Oceania Managing Director. "The Culture of Design demonstrates the Maison’s ability to create designs that stand the test of time, objects that are at once immediately recognisable and bear witness to the past. With this new pop-up, we celebrate a unique collection of creations that have earned a place in the history of jewellery and watchmaking, and in the hearts of our clients.” The exhibition focuses on the four main principles behind Cartier creations: 'the purity of the line, the accuracy of the shape, the precision of proportions, the precious details'.
The Culture of Design pop-up is open now at 74 Castlereagh Street until June, and offers personalisation services.
