Grace Wales Bonner has returned to her own archive for her latest AW26 Adidas Originals collection, and the results are rich. The footwear, as always, is strong. The Karintha arrives in dark brown crocodile-stamped leather with gold brushed eyelets, the Gazelle gets the same treatment in green, and the minimal new BW Pony comes in pony hair with lizard-print overlays. Elsewhere, there’s a bark-coloured leather blouson with crochet side stripes, a pinstripe track top with matching shorts and a collared football top, all in deep jewel tones. Photographed by Harley Weir, the campaign draws on the attitude of 1980s London, when clashing cultural influences gave rise to a whole new way of dressing. The collection is available from today.
