SPORTMAX: AW26

|
Written By:

Sportmax’s AW26 collection was built around movement, with clothes designed to shift, adapt and keep pace with the woman wearing them. At its core was Sportmax’s signature doublé, used as a base for experimentation with shape, particularly through sculptural necklines and precise construction. There were long sleeveless ivory doublé coats with sharply engineered funnel collars that wrapped high around the neck, cut clean. A liquid gold sequinned dress was asymmetrical and complete with a thigh-high slit. A voluminous violet coat, cinched loosely at the waist and layered over darker tones, balanced protection with ease. Body-skimming underlayers and long, uninterrupted lines kept the silhouette elongated, while sculptural collars, extended shoulders and controlled draping introduced dimension without excess. The result was a wardrobe defined by versatility and precision – clothes designed not to slow the wearer down, but to move with her.
