Calvin Klein is spreading some serious holiday cheer, continuing their partnership with Thread Together and donating 500 pairs of Calvin Klein Jeans to support people in need. In collaboration with B-corp certified business GlamCorner, Calvin Klein have revived hundreds of jeans that had been deemed unsellable due to sustained water damage. Thread Together then distributed the so fresh, so clean jeans to those in need. “Calvin Klein Jeans contacted us at Thread Together to say they had over 500 pairs of brand new jeans that had sustained minor water damaged in transit and that they could clean them, though could not resell them and they asked could we take them," says Anthony Chesler, CEO of Thread Together. "The answer was yes, as these are still brand new jeans and we are so pleased to ensure these jeans will be gifted to women across Australia. Our aim at Thread Together is to always assist those in need and to allow clothes to stay in circularity and we thank Calvin Klein Jeans for this generous donation." Through this donation, Calvin Klein are advancing their goal to eliminate waste, with PVH Corp on a mission to achieve zero waste by 2030.
