Chanel is bringing us the house's OG, classic energy with a new tweed eye makeup collection. It's almost a century since Gabrielle Chanel glamourised tweed and changed women's wardrobes forever with the tweed suit, so we're starting the celebrations early. The Les 4 Ombres Tweed eye makeup collection presents Mademoiselle Chanel's creative freedom in the form of four eyeshadow palettes, each embossed with a clever, intricate tweed pattern. It's one of our favourite Chanel beauty collections to date. Tweed Fauve sparkles brilliantly, inspired by the earth and fire elements - we road tested Tweed Fauve at Reading Festival this weekend and shined day through night. Tweed Cuivré is a classic golden brown palette. Tweed Pourpre is pretty in soft pinks and mauves with an iridescent finish, while Tweed Brun et Rose is the no makeup-makeup toned down nudes and natural beiges. Each palette comes in a shade-matching tweed pouch crafted by Maison Lesage. The collection is complete with our forever favourite Stylo Yeux Waterproof liners in two new colours: Cuivre Doré, illuminating and brighteninig the eyes and Bois Noir, for added intensity.
