Shine on you crazy diamond. Emily Phillips
Cartier
Echoing the winding floral embroidery that snaked across her custom Givenchy by Sarah Burton gown, Elle Fanning’s vintage Cartier necklace was a brilliant example of timeless elegance. Created in 1903, the necklace, called Wisteria, was originally a pair of diamond brooches fashioned after the unique structure of the floral vine. Pulled out of the archive especially for the Best Supporting Actress nominee, for her role in Best International Feature winner Sentimental Value, the wisteria motif was a touching tribute to Fanning’s childhood home – though the coordination between the gown and the jewel was completely coincidental.
Zoe Saldana – the highest-grossing actor of all time – also wore a showstopping Cartier necklace, though hers slipped effortlessly into Art Deco design codes. Alongside the Art En Équilibre Chapter 3 Cartier High Jewellery necklace (crafted in platinum with rubies and diamonds), she also wore platinum and diamond earrings, a double-row Broderie de Cartier wedding band in 18k white gold and diamonds and a Cartier Destinée wedding band in 18k white gold and diamonds.
Then came the hearttrobs – Jacob Elordi, Paul Mescal and Timothée Chalamet. Elordi, who was nominated for Best Supporting Actor for his role in Frankenstein, donned a sleek Tank à Guichets watch in platinum and leather, alongside C de Cartier 18k white gold, diamond stud earrings, a triple-row Broderie de Cartier ring with 18k white gold and diamonds and a Panthère de Cartier ring in 18k white gold with diamonds, onyx, and emeralds. Hamnet leading man Mescal, on the other hand, wore a single Cartier Juste un Clou earring with his own Cartier Tank timepiece. Marty Supreme star Timothée Chalamet, who was nominated for Best Actor, was spotted sporting a fistful of diamond-encrusted Cartier rings, styled by Taylor McNeill. EP
Bvlgari
Bvlgari saw that Anne Hathaway was bejewelled with the latest high jewellery collection, Eclettica. The Devil Wears Prada actress fittingly wore the stunning sculptural Neoclassical Starlight necklace, featuring a pear yellow diamond at its center, of over 35k total. Completing the mythical feel, she paired the gem with the Daphne’s Laurel earrings (inspired by the Greek myth of Apollo and Daphne) and two platinum rings that shone against her Valentino SS26 couture gown.
Heated Rivalry star Hudson Williams understood the assignment with a house-classic Serpenti brooch, that flaunted two pear emeralds and 52 marquise diamonds amongst pavé-set diamonds. Alongside the Serpenti Tubogas watch, white gold hoop earrings and two chunky rings, Williams was suited and booted – carat count just exceeding 70k. Nick Jonas offered up some golden tones with the Tubogas yellow gold bracelet and ring, encrusted with pavé diamonds, both at 18k. Bvlgari certainly displayed their range in an exhibition of classical beauty with a serpentine edge. LE
Chanel
Chanel enhanced a few designer ensembles, to say the least. Hamnet-actress-cum-Oscar-winner Jessie Buckley sported a beautifully simple No.5 drop 18k white gold necklace, the Jeanne ring from the Coco Avant Chanel collection and the Bouton De Camélia diamond earrings, all on top of a custom Chanel gown. An ensemble fit for a best leading actress indeed. Singer/songwriter Gracie Abrams wore the Marthe ring and Diamant Essentiel earrings in 18k white gold each, that sat beautifully next to her chicly cropped hairdo.
Moulin Rouge! and Babygirl actress Nicole Kidman served her ambassadorship well in the Endless knot 18k earrings which accentuated Japanese cultured pearls and diamonds. This was showcased with two rings (one with a deep emerald-cut diamond of 5.1k) that brought out the beaded sparkle in her custom Chanel feathered gown.
The Last of Us’s heartthrob Pedro Pascal donned a clean-shaven look with the Chanel Boy Friend watch to match the polished feel. Featuring an alligator-patterned calfskin strap, the timepiece sat emboldened against his white panelled shirt. Chef’s kiss. LE
Louis Vuitton
LV brought a glamorous cool to Sentimental Value’s Renate Reinsve and The Great Gatsby’s director Joel Edgerton’s Oscars looks. Reinsve donned a gorgeously charming white gold and diamond bangle bracelet and a white gold, diamond and onyx ring from the High Jewellery collection, which paired fiercely with her red silk crepe gown. Edgerton donned the Les Honneurs brooch (translating to honour, quite fitting, non?) set with sapphires and diamonds. Next to it was the Idylle Blossom diamond-set brooch, sparkling the night away in the recognisable LV motif. LE
Tiffany & Co.
Tiffany & Co. was all over the Oscars, from the red carpet to the afterparty. Gwyneth Paltrow, for one, opted for three oval-shaped Fancy Vivid Yellow diamonds set into a Tiffany & Co. necklace from the house’s yet-to-be-unveiled high jewellery collection. The piece was crafted in platinum and 18k yellow gold and featured an internally flawless, oval Fancy Vivid Yellow diamond of 2.19k alongside a VVS2 oval Fancy Vivid Yellow diamond of 1.51k and a VVS1 oval Fancy Vivid Yellow diamond of 1.51k, complemented by white diamonds. She paired it with platinum earrings set with diamonds totalling over 4k, as well as a platinum ring centred on a diamond of more than eight carats with additional diamond accents.
Nominated for Best Supporting Actress in Best Picture winner One Battle After Another, Teyana Taylor stepped onto the red carpet wearing the Shooting Star diamond necklace from Tiffany & Co.’s Blue Book 2024: Tiffany Céleste collection, which was specially inspired by the legendary designer Jean Schlumberger.
Then, following her Best Actress win at the 2025 Oscars, Mikey Madison’s return to the awards saw her sport a stunning platinum necklace with a central diamond pendant of over 8k and diamond accents. She wore it with earrings in platinum set with diamonds totalling over eight carats and a platinum ring with a main diamond of more than 6k, surrounded by additional diamonds.
Anya Taylor-Joy made an appearance wearing a striking platinum and 18k yellow gold pendant centred on a diamond of more than 16 carats and framed by diamond accents. She complemented the statement piece with Bird on a Rock by Tiffany & Co. Wings drop earrings in platinum set with diamonds, alongside two platinum rings – one set with a diamond of over 11k and additional diamonds, and another featuring a diamond of more than seven carats encircled by diamonds.
Arón Piper embraced Tiffany’s heritage designs with a layered selection of pieces, beginning with a Jean Schlumberger by Tiffany & Co. Zinnia brooch crafted in 18k yellow gold and platinum. He paired it with Sixteen Stone by Tiffany & Co. narrow earrings in platinum and yellow gold set with diamonds, as well as the coordinating Sixteen Stone bracelet in platinum and yellow gold with diamonds. Completing the look were two Sixteen Stone rings – one in yellow gold and platinum with diamonds and another in platinum set with diamonds.
Channing Tatum and Robert Downey Jr. both made an appearance in Tiffany & Co.’s iconic Bird on a Rock brooch, with Tatum’s version crafted in platinum and 18k yellow gold and set with a diamond of over 22k, rubies and diamond accents. He also donned a Union Square 30 mm mechanical watch in yellow gold.
Stepping out at Vanity Fair’s Oscars afterparty alongside his Heated Rivalry co-star, man-of-the-moment Hudson Williams, breakout actor Connor Storrie wore a glistening Tiffany HardWear graduated link necklace in white gold with pavé diamonds over his sheer Balenciaga turtleneck top, paired with Elsa Peretti Bean design stud earrings in platinum with diamonds as well as in yellow gold. On his fingers, he donned the Elsa Peretti Split and Bone rings, both in yellow gold, in addition to an Elsa Peretti Fancy Color ring in yellow gold with a central citrine and a Tiffany HardWear small link ring in yellow gold with diamonds. Mixing metals never looked so sexy.
Meanwhile, Kendall Jenner’s over-4k platinum and diamond drop-pendant earrings and coordinating platinum ring set with a diamond of more than six carats delivered a sleek, modern counterpoint to the evening’s more archival and maximalist jewels, the pared-back sparkle framing her look with effortless glamour.
Madison stepped out for the second time sporting Tiffany & Co., this time in a necklace mined from the archives. Circa 1925-1945, the necklace was crafted in platinum with diamonds, and was paired with classy drop-pendant earrings in platinum set with morganites totalling over nine carats and diamonds, as well as a platinum and diamond ring. Taylor made another appearance too, this time in a Bird on a Rock by Tiffany & Co. Wings pavé necklace in platinum with diamonds, styled with earrings in platinum set with diamonds totalling over 4k and a coordinating Bird on a Rock by Tiffany & Co. Wings pavé ring in platinum with diamonds. EP
Garatti
Valued at a whopping $35 million USD, Kate Hudson’s custom Garatti necklace was a true example of Milanese jewellery mastery. With a 16k fancy green diamond at its centre and strings of 49.85k white diamonds crawling around the neck, the accessory settled soundly as one of the most talked-about jewels to appear on the red carpet. Worn with a 15k fancy deep green diamond ring surrounded by white diamonds and stud earrings that boasted two 5.01k fancy green diamonds from the Fancy Green Diamond collection, the Song Sung Blue star, who was nominated for Best Actress in a Leading Role, was styled by Sophie Lopez and stepped out alongside her mother, Goldie Hawn, for a deliciously dazzling family affair. EP
Taffin
Perhaps the most eye-catching jewel to hit the red carpet, Rose Byrne’s one-of-a-kind Taffin by James De Givenchy necklace took a desert diamond (in shades of sand and stone) and elevated it to a new magnitude. Centring a 22.58k pear-shaped cognac diamond that dangled from a chocolate enamel asymmetrical torque collar, the Best Actress nominee (for her role in If I Had Legs I’d Kick You) was an absolute vision, styled by Kate Young. EP
Piaget
What would a great menswear look be without a gorgeous bit of arm candy? Best Actor winner Michael B. Jordan, who was awarded for his role in Best Original Screenplay winning film Sinners, wore a classic Piaget timepiece with his Louis Vuitton Mandarin-collar suit. A vintage Piaget Protocole from the ’70s that featured a pavé diamond dial and black leather strap, the watch was the perfect finishing touch to his deep-black dandy ensemble. EP
Chopard
From the L’Heure du Diamant Collection, Shaboozey’s diamond-peppered Chopard watch was a true showstopper – coming in at a close second to his soul-stirring performance of Sinners track I Lied To You alongside the cast of the film. Crafted in 18k white gold with dazzling natural diamonds all over, the Nigerian-American singer and rapper truly pushed the boundaries of elegance, pairing the timepiece with a custom Campillo, by Patricio Campillo suit. (He also wore a Briony Raymond vintage 16k diamond brooch by Van Cleef & Arpels and a pearl chain). Later, at the Vanity Fair Oscar Party, Bella Hadid stepped out in a silky Prada twinset punctuated by Chopard stud earrings and a statement ring. EP
De Beers
De Beers jewellery complimented the sparkling gowns and suits of many at this year’s Oscars. One Battle After Another star Chase Infiniti stunned in an array of bling from the London-based maison including quite the centre piece – the Metamorphosis Summer diamond choker necklace, featuring an eye-catchingly intense yellow 9.06k diamond. Alongside, Infiniti wore a pair of stud earrings, pear-shaped jacket earrings, a diamond line bracelet and two ring sets, both in yellow gold. Euphoria’s beloved Barbie Ferreira donned a dainty three-lined necklace set and Chandelier earrings, making quite the diamond-y pairing set in 18k gold with just over 35k diamonds.
As the night progressed, so did the jewels. Chase Infiniti made a fresh change into some new De Beers ornamentation, with the most notable change of earring – the Talisman Cocktail diamond’s. The Wilds star Sarah Pidgeon also arrived at the Vanity Fair party with the classic Emerald-Cut Diamond eternity band on her finger. Kaia Gerber donned the 5.14k shoulder-length Snow Dance diamond earrings and a 4.01k pear-shaped diamond ring.
Another statement piece was displayed on Hari Nef, in the form of three shining necklaces – the Forces of Nature Tenderness, the Mixed Cut Diamond Line and the Arpeggia choker necklaces, totalling just over 60k. Nef’s look was finished off with the Butterfly Cocktail diamond ring, all set in 18k white gold, of course. Lillie Elston
Chaumet
Hamnet actor Joe Alwyn donned a Chaumet statement piece brooch upon his black minimalistic suit – a flower-reminiscent emblem set in white gold with brilliant-cut diamonds. His Valentino look featured an oversized silk ribbon bow tie that matched the inventive, blossoming shape of said brooch. Give them their flowers, right? EP
Boucheron
Boucheron picked out and adorned its top three this Oscars. Actor/playwright Colman Domingo, friend of the maison, was seen in the Serpent Bohème diamond-paved brooch, stud earrings, single earring, two motif rings and vintage bracelet – quite the dedication to a collection.
The Bear’s frontman Jeremy Allen White chose from the Boucheron Private collection from 1959 – a bindweed clip that perfectly encapsulates an interpretation of nature through hammered gold. Songbird icon Troye Sivan also chose the Flowers brooch from the Private collection in yellow gold and diamonds, from 1962 – an elegant cascade of delicate leaves and diamond-set petals accumulate a flower bud. Sivan also donned some jewels on his fingers; three rings, covered in pink and white gold. Delicious. LE
Repossi
Fitting in perfectly with her pearlescent custom Louis Vuitton gown, Emma stone donned some gorgeous Repossi treasures. The Bugonia-nominated actress wore the Surti Sur Vide collection earrings, ear cuff and ring as well as the Brevis pear-shaped twist ring. Crafted from white gold and paved with diamonds, a silvery sheen encapsulated her aura, all in all.
Supermodel Vittoria Ceretti stepped into the Vanity Fair party in a ruby red Alaïa gown, and a ruby red ear Repossi cuff to match. Pulled from the Repossi archives, the 2004 statement piece brought a high glamour with four ruby and spinel cabochons totalling a great 37k. LE
