BOTTEGA VENETA: SALON 02 CAMPAIGN
It’s campaign szn and we have been blessed with the best: a new Bottega Veneta campaign for the Salon 02 collection. Photographed by BV regular Tyrone Lebon, the gang this season includes Freja Beha Erichsen, Dede Mansro, Fernando Cabral, Takahiro Oda and Yoonmi Sun in a whirl of electric ostrich feathers, mini dresses and shimmering glass paillettes. It’s all down to the details in the Salon collections: 4000 ostrich feathers are used per garment, with 100 hours of work; glass embroidered dresses are embellished with 31,500 sequins and 59 hours of craftsmanship; a zebra patterned fine cotton coat with a total of 4.3 million stitches; intrecciato balloon coats that each take 22 hours of work; and hand-blown dresses aka objects of art with between 2090 - 5300 beads per piece.
