Jacquemus are killing the isolation campaign situation. The Summer 2020 campaign, photographed by Pierre-Ange Carlotti on FaceTime broke fashion Internet last week with Bella Hadid’s debut, then Euphoria star Barbie Ferreira, and now menswear is on show. One of the coolest guys in music, Steve Lacy wears the Summer 2020 Men’s collection as he FaceTimes Carlotti from his home, posing on his bed, out in the sun and in what is the best part for Steve Lacy fans: the electric orange chair-like structure that features on his Apollo XXI cover art. We also like knowing that this structure is part of Lacy’s home. And yes, the clothes look super cool, super simple – soft, ribbed cotton lavender and pastel yellow polos, 3-D glassy jelly-red sunglasses, graphic-illusion-inducing shorts and blue-daisy covered t-shirts and shorts. All is well, all is blooming, all is serene in the world of Jacquemus. Just what we need.
