Dior makes you move. Maria Grazia Chiuri took the Dior Cruise 2021 collection to Puglia to make magic. Directed by Fabien Baron and choreographed by Sharon Eyal, the Dior men and women put on a performance of ‘Pizzica Tarantata’, the Italian folk ritual in which a spider’s bite leads to a song and dance of healing. The film is poignant and liberating, led by conductor and composer Paolo Buonvino who conducts the musicians of the Rome Symphony Orchestra and the La Notte della Taranta Foundation’s Orchestra Popolare. They move under the sun and through stormy dust clouds in Dior Cruise, their chosen armour to heal in. Our kind of therapy. Watch the film below.
