Introducing Ten Craves, the new series which rounds up all the best product launches and must-know fashion happenings week in, week out. Despite it being a four-day week, the fashion world is absolutely chockablock with newness – newness everywhere! We’ve practically got newness dripping from our eyeballs. Here’s what you need to know.

100 years of Chanel N°5

Happy birthday Chanel N°5! The world’s most famous perfume celebrates 100 years of making the planet smell nicer. The house is celebrating a sensational century at the top of the fragrance market by transforming the iconic perfume into a special piece of Chanel Fine Jewellery. Could you imagine how smashing you’d feel walking around wearing that? And that’s not all. To tie in with the anniversary, the house is hosting a series of intimate conversations on the ever-changing notion of celebrity, which will feature six renowned figures from the world of film, academia, media and dance. More on that coming soon.

Your old Levi’s are about to be Miu Miu-fied

After upcycling a series of vintage frocks back in December, Miu Miu is back at it again, this time giving some serious TLC pre-loved denim. Working with Levi’s, the house has spruced up a series of classic denim pieces, worn by Miu Miu muses Emma Corrin, Lila Moss and Georgia Palmer. The collection will be available at London Selfridges, and from May 24 onwards, will be online and in 18 Miu Miu stores across the globe.

SSENSE does kidswear

Newsflash! SSENSE says the kids are alright. The Canadian super e-tailer has released a whole load of designer kidswear. Because what’s stopping your little ones from looking just as good as you? Chopova Lowena, Burberry, Collina Strada and more are amongst the fashion brands shrinking down their signature fits, all in the name of creating fashion families all over the globe. We love to see it.

Rent your garms from Selfridges

We’re currently in the midst of a rental revolution, and Selfridges is leading us into battle. Teaming up with leading rental programme HURR, you’ll be able to rent the best seasonal garb from the likes of Bottega Veneta, Prada, Saint Laurent and more. Still not convinced? Take a look at Lara Stone, Raven Smith and Bimini Bon Boulash, modelling all the looks that could be yours (psst, remember you have to give ’em back).

Gucci and A Vibe Called Tech come together once more

Honoring the Black British experience, Gucci has once more teamed up with A Vibe Called Tech. The creative agency has worked alongside Roundtable to create a photo essay series that features Gucci’s Beloved Lines bag collection, featuring Miss Jason, K Soul and more. “The title of the project, To me, you are Beloved, explores the deep personal bonds and relationships we have as individuals, embodying our collective nostalgia,” says Lewis Gilbert, creative director at A Vibe Called Tech. “We were delighted to bring together people who are emerging in their respective fields for the editorial, and who we thought would have a lot to share in terms of their identities and family history.”
