Riccardo Tisci is back, back again with more Burberry moves. For his second collection at the House, Tisci is honing in on the DNA of the brand and keeping it for one and all – except this time with 55 looks and not 134. We do love a collection that works for every member of the family. “I wanted this collection to be a continuation of the story I began to tell in September with my debut Burberry collection,” Tisci said. “I’m focusing on establishing our codes through archive prints, house colours, and iconic outerwear, while cementing the new themes I set out last season including the Thomas Burberry Monogram, evening wear and tailoring.” Yes, it’s all very classic Burberry in all those beige coloured coats and classic check pants with those ever so slightly dark Riccardo vibes in grey jersey knits, navy blues and leather that feel very much on point for a British winters day when the sky fall at 3pm. Mhm, he gets it. The menswear and womenswear work well together, full of harmonious his and her looks. Just keeps getting better.
